Step 3 — Attach Statutory NOCs

HWRA expects supporting clearances: the State Pollution Control Board consent, a water-denial / non-availability certificate from the local supply agency (proving piped water is not available), and — if the site is within 500 metres of a notified wetland — a wetland authority NOC.
