CGWA NOC has a limited validity. Failure to renew before expiry results in Environment Compensation (EC) charges for the entire lapsed period, which can be substantial.
As per CGWA guidelines, renewal must be filed at least 90 days before the expiry date. Our team initiates the process well in advance so you never face non-compliance.
